Affiliate Program Terms

Effective April 15, 2026 · Version 2026-04-15

By submitting an affiliate application, you (“Affiliate”, “you”) agree to these terms with the program operator (“we”, “us”). If you do not agree to every section below, do not submit an application.

1. Program overview

You earn a commission on qualifying paid conversions that are attributed to your unique referral link or referral code. Commission rates are displayed on each product’s card at application time. We may add, remove, or pause products at any time; existing approved enrollments remain in effect for active products.

2. Approval and termination

Each product enrollment is reviewed independently. We may approve, reject, or later terminate any enrollment for any reason, including violation of these terms. On termination for cause, unpaid commissions may be forfeited and any pending payouts cancelled.

3. Prohibited promotion methods

You must not promote our products using any of the following:

  • Unsolicited email, SMS, or messaging (“spam”) — including lists you do not own a confirmed opt-in for.
  • Cookie stuffing, iframe injection, pop-unders, forced clicks, or any technique that drops a referral cookie without the visitor’s knowledge.
  • Incentivized traffic (paying users to click, sign up, or purchase) unless we pre-approve it in writing.
  • Fake reviews, manufactured testimonials, or any claim that misrepresents the product’s features, performance, pricing, or our company.
  • Promotion on sites that contain illegal content, hate speech, harassment, adult material, or content that violates third-party rights.
  • Any form of ad fraud, click fraud, or artificial traffic generation.

4. Paid search restrictions

You must not bid on our brand names, product names, domains, or close variants and misspellings in any paid search or paid social platform (including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn). You must not direct paid traffic to a URL that contains our brand or product names in the display URL or path.

5. Brand usage

You may use the creative assets made available in your affiliate dashboard’s Marketing Assets page. You may not:

  • Modify logos or wordmarks, or display them in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, or employment beyond the affiliate relationship.
  • Register domains, social handles, or app names containing our brand or product names.
  • Impersonate our company or employees in any communication.

6. Required disclosure

You must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship whenever you link to or mention our products, in a way that a reasonable reader would notice before deciding to click or buy. This applies on every channel: blog posts, social media, newsletters, videos, and direct messages. If you operate in the United States, your disclosure must comply with the FTC’s Endorsement Guides.

7. Self-referrals

You may not use your own referral link or code to purchase the product for yourself, a household member, a business you own or control, or any account you operate. Self-referrals are subject to immediate clawback and may result in termination.

8. Commission, refunds, and chargebacks

Commissions are earned when a referred customer completes a qualifying paid conversion. If the underlying payment is refunded, reversed, charged back, or disputed for any reason, the associated commission is reversed and clawed back from your balance.

For subscription products with recurring commissions, the recurring payout continues only while the customer’s subscription remains active and in good standing.

9. Payouts

Payouts are made monthly via Stripe Connect once your account is connected and your balance meets the minimum payout threshold displayed on your dashboard. You are responsible for any taxes owed on commissions earned.

10. Confidentiality

Any non-public information we share with you about the program, our products, or our customers is confidential. You may not disclose it to third parties without our consent.

11. Program changes

We may update these terms, commission rates, or program mechanics at any time. Material changes will result in a new terms version that you will be asked to accept before your next commission batch is paid.

12. No warranty, limitation of liability

The program is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program. Our total liability is capped at the commissions earned and payable to you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Contact

Questions about these terms? Reply to any program email or reach out through the contact channel listed on the product site you are promoting.
